Penguatan Kesiapan Karir Mahasiswa melalui Program SIAP HI

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesiapan karier mahasiswa Hubungan Internasional melalui implementasi program SIAP HI (Sistem Integrasi Akselerasi Profesi Hubungan Internasional). Program ini dirancang untuk menjembatani kesenjangan antara kompetensi akademik dengan kebutuhan dunia kerja melalui integrasi perspektif akademik, data tracer study, serta pengukuran kesiapan karier. Metode yang digunakan meliputi seminar, workshop, diskusi partisipatif, serta pengukuran Career Readiness Score (CRS). Hasil pre-test menunjukkan rata-rata skor peserta sebesar 58,7 yang meningkat menjadi 78,8 pada post-test, dengan selisih peningkatan sebesar 20,1 poin. Temuan ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada kompetensi yang berkaitan dengan perencanaan karier, pemahaman terhadap kebutuhan dunia kerja, keterampilan praktis, serta kepercayaan diri. Analisis lebih lanjut menunjukkan bahwa keberhasilan program tidak hanya pada aspek kognitif, tetapi juga berkontribusi pada penguatan dimensi afektif dan perilaku peserta. Inisiatif ini mendukung pengembangan ekosistem pengembangan karier yang integratif di perguruan tinggi, yang memiliki potensi kuat dalam menjembatani transisi dari dunia akademik ke dunia kerja.
